Simple, transparent pricing
Posting a job and hiring a vendor is always free. Vendors pick a plan that includes monthly Bid Credits -- one credit unlocks one opportunity.
For property managers
Posting a job, receiving bids, comparing vendors, messaging, and hiring are always free. There's no fee to use VendVenture as a customer.
For vendors
Every plan, including Free, comes with a vendor profile. Unlocking a specific opportunity to see the address, message the customer, and bid costs one Bid Credit.
Plans
Every plan gives you access to opportunities anywhere in the Washington County, UT pilot market, based on where you choose to serve -- plan level doesn't change your geographic reach.

What unlocking gets you
The full job scope, the exact address, the ability to message the customer, and the ability to submit a bid.
Access is limited to up to five vendors through VendVenture per opportunity, so you're never competing against an unlimited field.
A Bid Credit buys access to an opportunity. It does not guarantee a response, a bid award, revenue, or completed work. "Up to five vendors through VendVenture" describes access through our platform -- it doesn't mean the customer can't also seek bids elsewhere, or that five vendors will necessarily respond.
FAQ
Do I need a subscription to bid?
Every vendor plan, including Free, includes access to opportunities via Bid Credits. Paid plans include more monthly credits, more categories, and (on Growth and above) AI bid assistance and analytics.
Does VendVenture take a cut of the job payment?
No. Your subscription is the only fee VendVenture charges. Once you accept a bid, VendVenture collects the job payment (card or bank transfer) and holds it until the work is approved, then pays the vendor in full -- with no commission taken on that payment.
What if a listing turns out to be inaccurate or already filled?
You can report it from the opportunity page -- duplicate jobs, wrong service area, an inaccurate scope, an invalid contact, or a job already filled before purchase are all reviewed by an admin.
